Schedule 2 is amended as follows.

In Part 14, for the words after “other than” substitute “ the Environment Agency and the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.

In Part 15, in paragraph A, for the words from “by the” to “functions” substitute “ by the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales for the purposes of their respective functions ”.

Accordingly, the heading to Part 15 becomes “ Development by the Environment Agency and the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.
