50.—(1) Mae Atodlen 2 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn Rhan 14, yn lle'r geiriau ar ôl “other than” rhodder “the Environment Agency and the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
(3) Yn Rhan 15, ym mharagraff A, yn lle'r geiriau o “by the” hyd at “functions” rhodder “by the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales for the purposes of their respective functions”.
(4) Gan hynny, daw pennawd Rhan 15 yn “Development by the Environment Agency and the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
