In paragraph (1), for “Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “appropriate agency”.

In paragraph (6), after sub-paragraph (a) omit “and” and insert—

the NRBW, if the appeal relates to information which the NRBW has determined is not commercially confidential; and

In sub-paragraph (b), after “Agency” insert “, if the appeal relates to information which the Agency has determined is not commercially confidential”.
