59.—(1) Mae rheoliad 12 wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ym mharagraff (1), yn lle “Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “appropriate agency”.
(3) Ym mharagraff (6), ar ôl is-baragraff (a) hepgorer “and” a mewnosoder—
“(aa)the NRBW, if the appeal relates to information which the NRBW has determined is not commercially confidential; and”.
(4) Yn is-baragraff (b), ar ôl “Agency” mewnosoder “, if the appeal relates to information which the Agency has determined is not commercially confidential”.
