(2) For “Environment Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ appropriate agency ”.

(3) In paragraph (5)—

(a) for “Environment Agency's” substitute “ appropriate agency's ”;

(b) for “Agency” substitute “ appropriate agency ”.
