Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1999

79.—(1) Mae rheoliad 2(1) o Reoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1999(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn y diffiniad o “consultation bodies”, yn is-baragraff (b)—

(a)ym mharagraff (ii), cyn “and English Nature” mewnosoder “, the Environment Agency”;

(b)ym mharagraff (iii), yn lle “the Countryside Council for Wales” rhodder “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;

(c)hepgorer paragraff (iv).

(3) Yn y diffiniad o “sensitive area”, yn lle is-baragraff (h) rhodder—

“(h)an area of outstanding natural beauty designated as such by an order made—

(i)under section 87 (designation of areas of outstanding natural beauty) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949; or

(ii)under section 82 (designation of areas) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000;”.
