85.—(1) Regulation 2(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit the definition of “the Agency”.
(3) In the appropriate place insert—
““appropriate agency” in relation to an establishment in—
(a)
England, means the Environment Agency;
(b)
Scotland, means the Scottish Environment Protection Agency;
(c)
Wales, means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
(4) In the definition of “competent authority”, for “Agency” substitute “appropriate agency”.
