Regulation 2(1) of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Regulations 199970 is amended as follows.

In the definition of “consultation bodies”, in paragraph (b), for “the Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
