96.—(1) Mae rheoliad 10(1) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn lle “the Forestry Commissioners”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
(3) Yn is-baragraff (b), hepgorer “Commissioners'”.
(4) Yn is-baragraff (c), yn lle “section 1 (finance for forestry) of the Forestry Act 1979” rhodder “article 10B of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 for or in connection with the use or management of land for forestry purposes”.
