97.—(1) The Schedule is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 4, after “Forestry Commissioners” insert “and Natural Resources Body for Wales”.

(3) In paragraph 5(1)(e)—

(a) for “the Environment Agency” substitute “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;

(b) for “the Agency” substitute “the Body”.
