Regulation 2(1) of the Countryside Access (Appeals Procedures) (Wales) Regulations 2002 M1 is amended as follows.

Omit the definition of “the Council”.

In the appropriate place insert—

“the NRBW” (“CANC”) means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

For “Council”, in each place where it occurs (except in the definition of “the Council”), substitute “NRBW”.
