16.—(1) Regulation 13(4) of the Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Wales) Regulations 2002 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (e), for “the Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “ the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.
(3) Omit sub-paragraph (f).
