Regulation 2 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—

a

omit the definition of “the Council”;

b

in the appropriate place insert—

“the NRBW” (“CANC”) means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

In paragraph (2), for “Council”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ NRBW ”.
