Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2(1), 2(5), 16(1) and 17(1) of the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 20141 (“the Act”), make the following Order.
The Welsh Ministers have consulted such persons as they consider appropriate, in accordance with section 2(6) of the Act.
A draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with section 17(2) of the Act.
