The Children and Young Persons Act 1933 is amended as follows.

In section 34(7A)8 (attendance at court of parent of child or young person charged with an offence etc.) after “Children Act 1989” insert “or section 76 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.

In section 34A9 (attendance at court of parent or guardian) in subsection (2)(b) after “1970” insert “or the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
