212.  In section 325 (arrangements for assessing risks posed by certain offenders), in subsection (9), in the definition of “social services functions”(1)— E+W

(a) after “given” insert

in relation to England,”;

(b) at the end insert—

“(b) in relation to Wales, has the meaning given by section 143 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
