199.—(1) Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 3 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (withholding and withdrawal of support) is amended as follows.E+W
(2) Omit paragraphs (a), (b) and (e).
(3) Omit “or” at the end of paragraph (m).
(4) After paragraph (n) insert—
“or
(o)Part 4 (duty of local authority to meet needs) or sections 105 to 116 (leaving care, accommodation and fostering) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.”
