151.  In section 217 of the Housing Act 1996 (minor definitions: Part 7), in the definition of “social services authority”— E+W

(a) after “means” insert

“—

(a)

in relation to England”;

(b) at the end insert—

“(b) in relation to Wales, a local authority exercising social services functions for the purposes of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.”
