293.  In section 62 of the Care Act 2014 (power to meet child’s carer’s needs for support) in subsection (3) for “under section 17 of the Children Act 1989.” substitute— E+W

“under—

(a) section 17 of the Children Act 1989, or

(b) sections 37 to 39 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.”
