Schedule 4A19 to the Water Industry Act 1991 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 8(2)20—
a
in paragraph (a), after “care home” insert “in England”;
b
after paragraph (a), insert—
aa
premises in Wales at which a care home service, within the meaning of Part 1 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 2), is provided;
c
in paragraph (d)(i) omit “; and”;
d
omit paragraph (d)(ii).
