a

require the provision of such information as is required for the purposes of determining whether the school is—

i

a children’s home in England (within the meaning of the Care Standards Act 2000), or

ii

a provider of a care home service (within the meaning of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016);
