Provisions coming into force on 4 January 2021 E+W

4.—(1) Sections 61 and 62 of the Act come into force on 4 January 2021.

(2) The following provisions of the Act come into force on 4 January 2021 for all remaining purposes—

(a) section 56(1);

(b) section 56(4) to (6);

(c) section 60.
