Amendment of the Land Transaction Tax and Anti-avoidance of Devolved Taxes (Wales) Act 2017 E+W

3.  In paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 20 to the Land Transaction Tax and Anti-avoidance of Devolved Taxes (Wales) Act 2017(1), after paragraph (d) insert—

“(da) a corporate joint committee established by regulations made under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021;”.
