The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 151(2) and 207(2) of the Equality Act 20101.
In accordance with section 209(2) and (3)(b) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of Senedd Cymru.
Prior to making this Order, in accordance with section 152(2) of the Equality Act 2010, the Welsh Ministers have consulted the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
