Section 1 of the Mortgage Repossessions (Protection of Tenants etc) Act 2010144 (power of court to postpone giving of possession) is amended as follows.

After subsection (8)(a)(i), insert—
ia
an occupation contract (within the meaning of section 7 of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 1)), or
