Subject to articles 9 and 10 and articles 12 to 15, despite the disapplication by section 96 and paragraph 4(9) of the Schedule to the Act of Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the 1996 Act9 in relation to a child to whom this Order applies—
a
the old law continues to have effect in relation to that child, and
b
the new law does not have effect in relation to that child.
