The Non-Domestic Rating (Alteration of Lists and Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2023

Coming into force1 April 2023

The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 42(5), 53(5), 55(2) to (6) and (7A), 143(1) and (2), paragraph 2(6A) of Schedule 6, paragraphs 10 to 12 of Schedule 7A, paragraph 6(1A) of Schedule 9, and paragraphs 1, 4, 5(1)(a), (b) and (g), 6(1)(g), 7A, 8, 11, 12, 15 and 16 of Schedule 11 to the Local Government Finance Act 19881 and now vested in them2.

A draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, Senedd Cymru in accordance with section 143(3E)(b) of the Act.
