In Part 2 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010—
a
omit “The Higher Education Funding Council for Wales or Cyngor Cyllido Addysg Uwch Cymru.”;
b
in the appropriate place, insert “The Commission for Tertiary Education and Research or Y Comisiwn Addysg Drydyddol ac Ymchwil.”
