Revocation and transitional provision

45.—(1) The Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2023(1) is revoked.

(2) An agricultural worker employed as a worker at a Grade or as an apprentice, and subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in The Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2023 or any previous Orders is, from the date this Order takes effect, subject to the terms and conditions set out in Parts 2 to 5 of this Order.

(3) In this article “previous Orders” means the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2023, Agricultural Wages (No. 2) (Wales) Order 2022(2), the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2022(3), the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2020(4), the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2019(5), the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2018(6), the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2017(7), the Agricultural Wages (Wales) Order 2016(8), the Agricultural Wages (England and Wales) Order 2012 and every order revoked by article 70 of that Order.
