15.  In regulation 16—

(a) in paragraph (2)(b)(ii), for “22(1) and (3)”, substitute “22(1) to (4)”;

(b) in paragraph (3)(b)(ii), for “22(1) and (3)” substitute “22(1) to (4)”.
