SCHEDULE 17 Transitional Provisions and Savings
Part I Provisions and Savings for Part I of Act

Any order made under subsection (3) of section 34 of the M1Electricity (Supply) Act 1926 which is effective on the day appointed for the coming into force of Schedule 4 to this Act shall have effect as if made under paragraph 9(6) of that Schedule; anything done under that section before that day with a view to, or otherwise in connection with, the making of an order under that subsection shall have effect as if done under the corresponding provisions of that Schedule; and the provisions of Part I of this Act shall apply accordingly.
