Article 2(1)
The Dendroctonus micans protected zone comprises—
1. Scotland;
2. The Isle of Man;
3. The following counties of England:
Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Cleveland, Cornwall, Cumbria, Devon, Dorest, Durham, East Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Humberside, Kent, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Northumberland, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, South Yorkshire, Suffolk, Surrey, Tyne and Wear, West Sussex, West Yorkshire, Wiltshire, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly; and
4. The following parts of English counties:
Avon: | that part of the county which lies to the south of the southern boundary of the M4; |
Derbyshire: | the districts of North-east Derbyshire, Chesterfield and Bolsover; |
Leicestershire: | the districts of Charnwood, Melton, Rutland, Harborough, Oadby and Wigston, Leicester and Blaby; |
North Yorkshire: | the districts of Scarborough, Ryedale, Hambleton, Richmondshire, Harrogate, York and Selby. |
