Adran 53 - Darpariaeth ddysgu ychwanegol mewn mannau ac eithrio mewn ysgolion

129.Mae adran 53 yn caniatáu i awdurdod lleol sicrhau bod y ddarpariaeth ddysgu ychwanegol neu unrhyw ran ohoni a nodir mewn CDU y mae’n ei gynnal ar gyfer plentyn yn cael ei gwneud mewn man arall pan fydd wedi ei fodloni y byddai’n amhriodol i’r ddarpariaeth honno gael ei gwneud mewn ysgol. Er enghraifft, mae’n bosibl y bydd rhai mathau o ddarpariaeth ddysgu ychwanegol yn golygu defnyddio offer arbenigol na ellir eu rhoi ar gael mewn ysgol.
