Adran 18 – Cofrestru'n ddienw

44.Mae adran 18 yn ychwanegu at restr, yn rheoliad 31J, y personau a gaiff ardystio cais i gofrestru’n ddienw a wneir gan berson o dan 16 oed mewn perthynas â chofrestru etholwyr llywodraeth leol yng Nghymru. Mae’n caniatáu i berson a awdurdodir gan gyfarwyddwr gwasanaethau cymdeithasol yng Nghymru lofnodi i ardystio y byddai diogelwch yr ymgeisydd (neu berson arall a enwir yn aelwyd yr ymgeisydd) mewn perygl pe byddai’r gofrestr yn cynnwys enw neu gyfeiriad cymhwysol yr ymgeisydd.
