196.—(1) Section A, Subpart B (type-certificates and restricted type-certificates) is amended as follows.
(2) In points 21.A.14, 21.A.15, 21.A.16A, 21.A.16B, 21.A.17A, 21.A.17B, 21.A.18, 21.A.19, 21.A.20, 21.A.21, 21.A.23, 21.A.33, 21.A.35, 21.A.41, 21.A.51, 21.A.55, 21.A.57 and 21.A.61, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point 21.A.62—
