197.—(1) Section A, Subpart D (changes to type-certificates and restricted type-certificates) is amended as follows.
(2) In points 21.A.90B, 21.A.93, 21.A.95, 21.A.97, 21.A.101, 21.A.103 and 21.A.105, in each place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point 21.A.108—
