Amendment of Annex 4 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011

318.—(1) Annex 4 (Part-MED) is amended as follows.

(2) In Subpart A—

(a) omit point MED.A.001;

(b) in point MED.A.010—

(i) omit the seventh indent (definition of ‘licensing authority’);

(ii) in the tenth indent (definition of ‘accredited medical conclusion’) for “licensing authority” substitute “CAA”;

(iii) in the appropriate place, insert the following definitions—

“‘AeMC’ means aeromedical centres;”;

“‘AME’ means aero-medical examiners;”;

“‘GMP’ means general medical practitioners;”;

“‘OHMP’ means occupational health medical practitioners;”;

(c) in point MED.A.025—

(i) in point (a)—

(aa) in point (3), for the words from “licensing authority” to “competent authority,” substitute “CAA”;
