Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 3) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 22nd January 1996, immediately following the coming into force of regulations 35, 41 and 57 of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 1995(1).
(2) In these Regulations–
“the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations” means the Child Support (Maintenance Assessment Procedure) Regulations 1992(2);
“the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations” means the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992(3);
“the Miscellaneous Amendments (No. 2) Regulations” means the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 1995.
