Supply of goods and services by the Secretary of State

2.  In section 26 of the Act(1) (supply of goods and services by the Secretary of State)—

(a)subsection (2) shall apply as if for paragraph (c) there were substituted the following paragraph—

(c)providing services under LPS arrangements or an LPS scheme,; and

(b)subsection (4) shall apply as if for paragraph (ab) there were substituted the following paragraph—

(ab)persons performing services under LPS arrangements or an LPS scheme, and.

Relevant amendments to section 26 were made by: the 1980 Act, section 3(1); the 1995 Act, section 2 and Schedule 1, paragraph 14; the 1997 Act, section 41(10) and Schedule 2, paragraphs 3 and 5; the 1999 Act, section 65 and Schedule 4, paragraphs 4 and 11; the 2002 Act, Schedule 1, paragraph 12; S.I. 2002/2861; and the 2003 Act sections 184 and 196, and Schedule 11, paragraphs 7,13(1),(2)(a) and Schedule 14, Part 4.
