6.—(1) In regulation 1(3), at the end add—

(d)in the case of an advertisement within Class H, the requirements of Part 4A are complied with..

(2) In regulation 6(1), after the words “regulations 7 and 8,” insert “in the case of an advertisement within Class 7, the provisions of Part 4A”.

(3) In Class H in Schedule 1, in column (2) for paragraph 1 substitute—

1.  flag may not display any advertisement or subject matter additional to the design of the flag other than a black mourning ribbon.

1A.  Subject to Part 4A, the flagstaff may not fly any flag or display any advertisement other than a black mourning ribbon..

(4) In Class 7 in Schedule 3—

(a)in paragraph 7A(5), for “(3) and (4)” substitute “sub-paragraphs (3) and (4) and Part 4A”;

(b)in paragraph 7AA(5), for “(3) and (4)” substitute “sub-paragraphs (3) and (4) and Part 4A”;

(c)in paragraph 7AB(3), at the beginning insert “Subject to Part 4A”.
