126.Mae'r adran hon yn mewnosod adran 50G newydd yn Neddf 1996.

127.Mae is-adran (1) o'r adran 50G newydd yn gosod terfynau ar y camau pellach y caiff Gweinidogion Cymru eu cymryd pan fo'r hysbysiad gorfodi wedi'i gyflwyno i berson (ac eithrio'r LCC) o dan adran 50(C)(11) o Ddeddf 1996. Yn yr amgylchiadau hyn, ni chaiff Gweinidogion Cymru ond rhoi hysbysiad cosb (fel a osodir yn adrannau 50H i 50M o Ddeddf 1996), neu gymryd camau i gychwyn erlyniad mewn cysylltiad â'r drosedd a fu'n sail dros gyflwyno'r hysbysiad gorfodi. Mae is-adran (2) yn darparu mai dim ond os yw wedi methu â chydymffurfio â'r hysbysiad hwnnw y dichon person y cyflwynwyd iddo hysbysiad gorfodi o dan Amgylchiad 8 o adran 50C o Ddeddf 1996 gael ei erlyn am y drosedd a fu'n sail dros gyflwyno'r hysbysiad gorfodi.
