190.Mae'r adran hon yn gwneud diwygiad cyffelyb i'r hyn a wneir gan adran 79 drwy ddiwygio paragraff 24 o Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf 1996. Mae'n gwneud hyn drwy fewnosod is-baragraff (3A) newydd mewn perthynas â thrafodion yn dilyn ymchwiliad neu archwiliad. Mewnosodir is-baragraff (7) newydd hefyd ym mharagraff 24, yn datgan y bydd unrhyw gyfyngu ar drafodion yn dilyn ymchwiliad neu archwiliad anghyffredin yn cael effaith hyd nes y'i dirymir gan Weinidogion Cymru.
