Adran 85 - Penodi swyddogion newydd

205.Mae'r adran hon yn gwneud diwygiadau i baragraffau 6, 7 ac 8 o Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf Tai 1996 er mwyn ehangu pwerau Gweinidogion Cymru i benodi swyddogion LCC. Ni chaiff Gweinidogion Cymru ar hyn o bryd ond penodi mathau penodol o swyddogion (er enghraifft, cyfarwyddwyr ac ymddiriedolwyr LCC sy'n elusen gofrestredig). Bydd y diwygiadau yn galluogi Gweinidogion Cymru i benodi unrhyw fath o “swyddog” i LCC yn yr ystyr a roddir i'r term “officer” gan adran 59 o Ddeddf 1996.

206.Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru benodi swyddog newydd i LCC os ydynt wedi symud swyddog o'i swydd, neu os nad oes swyddogion mewn swyddi gan LCC, neu os yw Gweinidogion Cymru o'r farn fod penodiad o'r fath yn angenrheidiol ar gyfer iawn reolaeth dros faterion LCC.
