4.—(1) A certificate issued under section 151(2) shall only take into account treatment received, or ambulance services provided, before the date the certificate is issued.
(2) A certificate issued under section 151(10) shall only take into account treatment received, or ambulance services provided, before the settlement date(1).
See section 154(3) of the 2003 Act for the definition of settlement date.
