3.—(1) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 240/2014 of 7 January 2014 on the European code of conduct on partnership in the framework of the European Structural and Investment Funds(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 4(1)(c)(iii) (identification of relevant partners for programmes), for “the ESI Funds” substitute “support for rural development”.
EUR 240/2014, as relevantly prospectively amended by S.I. 2019/783. The amending instrument, which bears to come into force on exit day, will come into force on IP completion day by virtue of paragraph 1 of schedule 5 to the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 (c.1).
