59. Any dispute relating to a pilot scheme that has been referred to the Scottish Ministers under section 17A of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(1) (NHS contracts) and which has not been determined on or before 31st March 2004 shall continue to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of section 17A.
Section 17A was inserted by the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19), section 30 and amended by the Health Authorities Act 1995 (c. 17), Schedule 1, paragraph 102(2), the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997 (c. 46), Schedule 2, paragraph 36, the Health Act 1999 (c. 8), Schedule 4, paragraph 46 and S.I. 1991/195.
