2. Section 11(1A) of the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962(1) (date of local elections) shall be amended by the substitution of the words “first Thursday in May” for the words “third Wednesday in May”.

1962 c. 14 (N.I.). Section 11(1A) of the Electoral Law (Northern Ireland) Act 1962 was inserted by the Electoral Law (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (S.I. 1985/454) Article 7(1).
