14U.K.If an application does not comply with paragraph 12 above or if an applicant fails to comply with a notice under [F4 paragraph 14 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ] requiring the furnishing of information F5... in connection with the application, the [F6lead enforcement authority] may decline to proceed with the application.
