This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
1Section 35 of the [1951 c. 46.] Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1951 (pension arrangements for Vice Judge Advocate General, Assistant Judge Advocates General and Deputy Judge Advocates) shall be numbered as subsection (1) of that section and at the end of that section there shall be added—
“(2)The foregoing subsection shall not have effect in relation to a person to whom Part I of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 applies, except to the extent provided by or under that Act.”
