20In section 28 of the Theft Act 1968 (orders for restitution) in subsection (4) for the words from “the depositions” to the end of the subsection there shall be substituted “and such written statements, depositions and other documents as were tendered by or on behalf of the prosecutor at any committal proceedings”.
